Withdraw naval command

Ok men, you really, really, really need to check what the command “withdraw” for a TF does in naval combat. I use it mainly when my surface combat TF find anything at night or when it is low on ammo. Night combat is deadly for my war ships, even when they find a lonely transport if they get to engage it (due to visual range) the friendly fire may cripple my whole fleet. And I am not going to fight a cruiser low on ammo.
This was the case in the last turn (or a mix of both) my surface combat TF kept engaging the nacional CA again and again low on ammo and with very low visibility as a result I am gonna loose a DD.
When I issue a “withdraw” order I want my fucking ships to go straight line in some direction full speed. Not going in a straight line toward the ship/TF I want they retreat from, do a pass while firing, keep moving for some yards then do a U turn for another engage and repeat. My surface combat TF at night and low on ammo after sinking another 6 ships engaged the nacional CA like 6 or 8 times U turning to find it again while having the “withdraw” order.
I am adding a zip file with the turn where the surface combat TF has orders to go to the Straights and kill merchants. You can execute it and see what happens. It they do kill some ships in the daytime and they find the nacional CA at day sunset you can try to give them orders to withdraw.
