GE reachs the Turkish border with 4 corps, and next DoW phase, as it should be, the games offers to align Turkey ,but after that phase, IMO, it should offer the units for deploy previous to the Port Attack axis phase.

Am I missing something?

Well, I was lucky in this respect. The Allied player declared war to Turkey, so I did not have to see if the bug came out in MP as well, because in this case, the deployment was offered.
