I have an Strategic Command War in Europe 1.00 installed on my computer. I downloaded the last 1.31 update from Matrix but the installer asks me to at least have 1.30 update to install it.

I cannot find the the file with the 1.30 update anywhere, since the post in the forum contains only a changeslogs list
