[Alternative] European War: 1911

Claim: This is just a thought, I write this topic just because I don't want to waste this thought.
The map is based on 1911 in real history.
There are 10 major powers in this war, 5 on each side:
Central: Spain, Germany, Italy, Russia, Serbia
Entente: UK, France, Denmark, AH, Ottoman
Serbia starts with following minors: Montenegro, Bulgaria, Greece, Luxembourg. Other major powers don't have minors attached.
USA doesn't participate in this war and I don't like a Mercator map. Maybe Elessar2's map is better.
There are 2 scenarios:
1911 Balkan League
Italian and Serbian expansionists want to invade Ottoman for influence or land. Russia wants to support its Slavic brothers and is prepared for another war against Ottoman. The invasion begins on 1911.10.6 as the climate turns cooler in Libya and Levant desert. However, this provokes AH because AH has land dispute with both Italy and Serbia. AH declares war on them when the borders are almost empty.
France leans to entente side because of hostility against Italy and Greece in the Mediterranean.
Will central continues to invade Ottoman despite Italy being amphibious and Russia climbing Caucasus Mountains, or waste a month to relocate the army to invade AH despite that winter is coming?
Will entente attack Italy or Russia after Serbia has fallen?

1911 Kiel Assassination
Denmark has been destabilizing Schleswig-Holstein for a long time. When Kiel Canal opens on September 1 Friday, Germany holds a ceremony there, where Wilhelm III is assassinated by a Danish youth. During September crisis, France stands with Denmark because of land dispute; UK stands with Denmark because of naval competition; Spain stands with Germany for colonies. Super powers argue for 5 weeks without any solution, until Germany and Spain declare war on France on 1911.10.6 and start the invasion.
AH has problems on southern border against Italian and Serbian expansionists, and chooses to be silent, despite having lost to Prussia (later Germany) with Denmark and France in last war.
Serbia warns France not to invade any of its minors, or Serbia will join the war with all minors. Serbia warns Germany not to invade any of its minors, or Serbia will tend to be neutral in the whole war, which gives confidence to AH to fight against Germany.
Will any low country or Switzerland ever been invaded?

Each minor (including occupied, excluding Serbia's) has convoy routes to either side; some are short land-based (such as Netherlands -> Germany in vanilla game) and cannot be disrupted. Convoy routes are activated when >30% (or another number) towards a side.
Characters of some countries
Serbia wants to form United States of Balkan. Luxembourg likes this idea and becomes an exclave.
Romania is an opportunist. Whenever Serbia, Russia or AH loses national morale (NM), Romania tends to join the other side. However, Romania cannot switch side after joining the war.
