How does this loss report make sense?

Computer doing crazy math again unless there is a logical explanation for this.

At a guess there's some flaw which prevents units being included in some part of the calculation which are included in others. Off the top of my head maybe some of the losses were from a unit which joined the combat via a reserve setting.
