[Teaser] Operation Rite of Passage

This is a teaser for a scenario I am working on and I hope I will be able to finish anytime soon. For now the core mechanism are in place and seem to be working fine, but it stills needs work and testing on the balance of power and determining a proper duration. Stay tuned.
