Is it possible to add the ability to change bomb type used for naval attacks from carriers ?

Could be incorporated into the doctrine screen where ammo selection currently is.
Currently it seems GP (i think this is HE bombs ? or general purpose ?) are used when attacking land targets
would be interesting if there was a choice between using low damage high penetration AP bombs or high damage low penetration HE bombs depending on target
