Fuse exception in the contact report.

To reproduce, load the scenario and as described in the video.

Are they the same because the number is the same?

Error at 200410

I am asking because I found a third one with the same number but with different text. I can provide a save and create a new thread if needed, but I do not know if the three are the same thing.
