1a/LAPE cannot be set to less than 44 Max Range.

Note, I have a contaminated save (Release as of early March --> 1.65.53 --> 1.65.53.01 --> 1.65.54), so please ignore if that's a factor.

2a/LAPE too, even though it's beyond the plane's safe range.

3a/LAPE cannot go below 28 Max range.

4a/LAPE cannot go below 44.
