Let's say that "most" air-groups have random pilots. In such groups, pilots often have too much difference in experience. For example, I specifically looked at the new save, the difference can reach 39. I guess it can be more.
This leads not only to very high levels of experience and skills (80+). But also to very low. That is, the experience of the worst pilots of the group may be lower than the experience of trainees from the training pool (last group).
Maybe the exp dispersion should to be less?

E.g.: Exp difference 38 and 41.

If I set the experience in the editor to, for example, 58.
Then the editor "adjusts" the selection of pilots from 38 to 70, so as to keep the average.

The difference in exp can be 40. It means that on 17 July you can get pilots who have 80+ exp. The Luftwaffe should be envious of such training.
Or pilots who have exp less than trainees in the training pool. There must be at least some logic.
Also, pilot skills can be higher than exp. I'm not sure how higher. I've seen at least +7. Once I've seen skill 87. What kind of masters who train them? Maybe it was mysterious Moroccan instructors.
