1.31 logistic points not getting to buildings

New game under Republica, no or very few logistics points are getting to my starting oil well and agricultural domes, leaving me with a food and oil deficit on turn 2+.

Thanks for reporting.
It is a long standing, but rare problem. Its a bad roll of the dice, with your Asset being badly placed within a huge Zone.
Not ideal. But it sometimes happens.
I have put this on to-do list for when i retouch random gen soon.

Badly placed? they are 1-2 hexes from my capital city. Should I build a second set of roads?
I am planning to make the port the seat of a new zone soon.
It's Zentenis that is badly placed, it should be 4-6 hexes to the left, near all the water.
