Hi, I am looking for a dedicated Japanese or Allied opponent who can play one round per day (excluding the first two rounds) on scenario 1 or 2 of the latest official version 1.28b.

Great, tell me which side you want to play and send me a private message with the game rules you prefer.
Personally, I play with the most realistic rules possible (defective torpedoes, no bombing of the 4E below 10,000 feet, etc.).
