Please I need advice
For logistcs purpuse it's better to let the logistics units in the base closest to the combat or to let them go with the combat units ?
It's also important to increase the supply level in tha base closest to the combat or it doesn't matter ?
Other advice ?

I kind of string them out behind the front lines at 4 hex intervals. If you're moving fast, perhaps otherwise

If they are part of the unit, I combine them into the unit. Otherwise I would keep them either at the base closest to the unit or the base that has a train depot that is closes to the unit or have some at both places.

Yes, you can try to increase the demand for the supplies near the combat but remember that the best measurement of the supply efficiency is the amount of supplies/ammo that is getting to the units that need the supplies/ammo.

If you capture logistical devices, use them to make more logistical units.

When a unit is recovering from a battle, move them to a base and especially a base with a train depot. The unit's devices can get supplies from the base without using its logistical capabilities which then allow the logistical devices to haul supplies/ammo to units that need them.
