TF Unloading

Four basic questions about TF unloading.

1. Have the unloading rates changed for ships? Not ports but if they have I like to know.
2. What is the unloading rate for an undocked ship? Nothing specified in the manual.
3. Do Naval HQ aid in unloading?
4. Do individual ships in TF that can't dock complete, dock to unload if there's dock space?

Those figures are for Amphibious TF and I've got them. Thanks.

I'm after the figures for the bog standard cargo TF that cannot due to docking restrictions.

I had a small cargo arrive at an island with a port 1. I should have sent it as an amphib TF but boo booed and its taking a long time to unload. Two of the ships are small enough to dock on their own but I've left it alone.
It seems to be unloading each each at a rate or 160 per day so I tested it and yes the test confirm it, 160 a day. But tit threw up lots of other stuff that I don't want to get into until I get the four answer. Suffice to say what I've always thought is, 'some what wrong' at best.

The manual says this but no figures.

● Undocked TFs. TFs that are not docked can still perform load and unload operations (using lighters from the port
and/or landing craft from ships in the TF). Loading/Unloading rates are significantly reduced and a separate
“undocked cargo handling” limit is imposed to limit load/unload in each turn. If at all possible, it is best to ensure
TFs can be docked for load and unload operations.

Naval Support helps a lot.

Has no effect on fuel/oil unloading, though...that is understandably about port size only. Only "dry goods" (supply) and troops/equipment

I have no numbers for rates of loading/unloading, though.

well, I can confirm that it was reviewed and changed byJoe:

Don later had a couple of threads where he clarifies some of it, but no, exact rates have never been posted that I know of. Read these threads thoroughly.

JWE also weighs in on this:

YamatoHugger has one statement here to give you an idea of how small ...

BTW: the first 3 guys: Joe, John, and Don were all devs. I'm not.

I did some testing on this back around this time in a sandbox, I'll see if I can find that.

Yes it does but the question isn't about how to overcome the problem it's about the basic unloading process.

If the fuel is loaded as cargo then the naval support helps to unload the fuel.
