Please, what is the function of each n° ? (I know some of them but not alls)

With the first set, they are or can be whatever you want them to be. Feel free to modify these, or use them as you will.
With the second, I don't have a list of them all, or any more information than can be gleaned from playing the game, i.e. seeing them in action.
