Hello everybody! Playing my first game in ages. Been waiting for Republica and boy I like it! Hard difficulty on slow. Playing a democracy, that evolved into a syndic one with the AI eventually, then unplugged the bastard (it's pretty good actually and gives great perks to leaders if you keep it happy but restricts some important stuff as well..) and got into a spoiled democracy now. Still second in the victory score so much more to be done. Next game will be autocracy. I love Virtus, it gives you the overall feeling, the pulsing heart of the empire. I have never played a game where you feel this level of involvement and "realism" into your realm, especially with this new DLC.. Also loads of new techs, stratagems and very good music. I think this is multiple times better than the previous DLC, which I didn't play much (hopefully it will be fixed with naval stuff). So much more depth, well done Vic!!

Also have to share this, I just became a millionaire ! Damn traders, stealing all the empire money but got it back with a spoiled democracy stratagem. Share that wealth! I think the most credits I have ever had in 700h playtime before this is maybe 40k..

Sent! There was some perhaps buggish happening in the cash flow as well. A deficit wasn't showing correctly in the state credits etc didn't check it now.

P.S. I played the card on my capital.

btw. that scanline and blur effect adds some cool style
