Hi
I have encountered new naval bug, which was not observed on previous release
I've attached savegame - on next naval phase Spain AI is attacking Russian human player fleet near Copenhagen. Battle commence but not only russian fleet on sea area is participatnig, but also swedish and danish fleet from Copenhagen port without interception rolls/orders. After battle both swe and den fleets are still in port.
After battle there is no naval retreat (no matter who is a winner)

Good. We don't often get good AI naval attacks vs human defender, so this was a good case.
- fixed load_units_to_battle to exclude non-interception fleets not in area
- fixed ai_run_computer_combat and combat_retreat_units to skip live troops check for combat_retreat_units
Changes now prevent those Danish and Swedish fleets from joining the battle, and the naval retreats are working correctly.

Yes, I had a similar issue in the English Channel where AI Spain had attacked Portugal, and Portugal became a French Free State. The Portugeuse Fleet was stacked with French fleets in the channel, and the Spanish fleet came up to attack the Portugeuse, but my French were involved too, and France was not at war with Portugal.
Also, I noticed that attacking fleets at sea brought in nearby blockading fleets without interception rolls.

I’ll take a look at this next week. I’m on travel this week.

OK, and in my example, I meant that France was not at war with Spain.

Quick question. Was this with the v1.27.04 hotfix I posted?
