[1.31h] Wrong combat modifiers in Tank vs Walker combat

I'm using medium tanks to attack walkers (Sentinel, Guardians Minor AI).
1. According to Manual (5.12.3.8), Walkers should have +50% Hard Attack value and +25% Hard Defense value.
This bonus is not shown anywhere in the attack/counter-attack values in the combat log of Sentinels against tanks.
2. Similarly, as I think buggies are classified as Tanks, this should appear (but doesn't) in attacks of Sentinels vs the buggies in this combat as well.
3. Separately, occasionally the walkers have a +3500% unit feat mod in combat log which is unexplained. The ai units have Assassing Androids and Warrior Android, which have different unit feat mod values. In the combat log screenshots you have see subunit Sentinel (115) sometimes with, and sometimes without the +3500% unit feat mod applied, for no reason I understand.
Attached combat log screenshot, a save file post combat, and a save file from end of previous turn (so you can replay combat - attack from 3 directions into hext (162,39)).
