[1.31h] Advised Leader does not receive experience and skill usage points

For me, I'd think of Advisors as a role that can help fresh Leaders train up while still doing a good job. According to manual (4.4.2), both Leader and attached Advisor should be doing skill rolls:
"An attached Advisor will make the same Skill Rolls as the Leader attached to, but if the Advisor’s roll is higher it will be used instead of the lower roll of the Leader he is advising."
It appears however, that the Leader being advised gets no Experience and no Skill usage points from this.
In this case, Advisor Fred is attached to Dir. of Interior Alexia.
The initial state (screenshots 01, 02):
Two stratagems are played by Dir. of Interior, using the Deception and Bribery skills (screenshots 03, 04, 05, 06).
The Leader state afterwards (screenshots 07,08):
We can see that Dir. of Interior received no additional experience and no skill usage points in those skills (no stars next to them), while Advisor got both.
So, while the Advisor is indeed more qualified and does the job better, it does not help train the Leader up, and does not direct their xp to improve those skills.
