Combat Data (question for Bill)

In the secund large attached image : please, who is the beneficiary of bonus experience : attacker or defender ?

1/ For cases squared with red
2/ For case squared with green
3/ For case squared in blue
4/ For case squared in pinky

5/ For cases in red : the type that is in ( ) does indicate the type of attacker or the type of defender ?

6/ If at the same time good response for 1 is defender and if good response for 2 is defender : what is the difference between cases red and case green ?

7/ In case pinky : If I understand good, there is no any bonus experience in case of victorious attack, if the defender is not completly destroyed. Right ?

8/ It seems that there are not lot of cases where attack gives experience bonus. Am I right or wrong ? if I am wrong, what are the concerned cases ? The green case ? The blue case ? The pinky case ? (or all these 3 cases)

OTHER SUBJECT :
9/ Is there a way in modding to erase the little and fast red line that appears during 1 or 2 secunds when a unit of AI oponent attacks a human unit ?

CONCERNING FIRST LITTLE IMAGE BELOW :
10/ I noticed that human side (German) and AI side (USSR) always use the same file and same graph for indication of strengh (=> white letters, or in my "life bar" mod, the same "life bar"). Is there a way to avoid that ? Would be interessant for me if I could force the program to use red letters) for USSR side : I could restablish the strengh of Axis units (or "life bar of Axis units in my "life bar" mod), and I could keep erased red letters for USSR side (invisible)
Could you indicate to me what country does use each line of letters ?

Hi

Answers, to the best of my ability, are as below:

1/ For cases squared with red - ignore this area as it is not read by the engine.
2/ For case squared with green - attacker
3/ For case squared in blue - attacker
4/ For case squared in pinky - attacker

5. As per 1, ignore this area as it is inactive. Experience found in early testing that providing experience from defending as well as attacking was too much, and so it exists only in theory in the engine.

6. n/a

7. Correct, just the bonus from the one in green.

8. All three, and between them they cover all scenarios.

9. I don't know, you would have to find the relevant graphic within the game and amend it. I'm afraid I don't know where it is.

10. I think these are the same for both sides, so there's probably not anything you can do.

This incident involving data disappearing from the editor is highly suspicious; we should ask the Royal Hubert's Police to investigate about that. It appears that Bill is perhaps overstepping his authority as prime minister, to limitate our constitutionnal rights in the editor. There have been revolutions that started over less than that. We need a Bill of right of modding to preserve us against rights of Bill

Simply that this area is not active so can be ignored.

So units dont get stronger with experience ? for example they dont get increased soft/hard def/attack per experience point?

The area in question that is inactive solely relates to defense.
