Options switch automatically

Good Morning.
I don't know if it's a bug or something i'm missing.
Before starting a game, I select "Amphibious Landing" in the "Advanced" settings. Well, no matter which scenario I choose, when the game starts, it always automatically changes to "Simple."
First, I though it was because tutorial reasons, but trying with others scenarios it's the same.
