[1.31q] Model screen Ammo Op.Cost does not account for Ammo Compaction

In the Model screen table, the Op.Cost column for ammo shown does not account for Ammo Compaction tech - unlike the "popup" summary for the model which shows the correct and final calculation.
You can see three generations of a buggy model. V1=>V2 changed MG to Gas MG, V2=>V3 has same weapon but added the Ammo Compaction tech which reduces ammo consumption by 33%.
In the tabular model screen, the Op.Cost for ammo reflects correctly the weapon change in V1=>V2, but does not reflect the new tech change in V2=>V3. Instead it shows the same intermediary ammo consumption value, before the tech discount is applied.
In contrast, the popup model summary screens are correct, and show the final ammo consumption values across the models.
(I haven't checked if same applies to fuel - does the op.cost for "move oil" in the tabular display account for the fuel discount techs).
