Treespider's Econ/china mod for WITP-AE

I tried in the AE forum without too much success, so it might be a longshot to try here, but here goes.
Does anyone have a copy of treespider's GC campaign mod either version 1 1.2 or 2 for AE.
He made lots of change to the economy and China, I am interested in looking at them if possible.
