[Q] Submarine/Ship strike mission issues

Hi there,
I'm currently trying to get a pair of seaborne units to hit a land target at a specific time within the mission Iron Hand. I am trying to get both units to strike the Command Bunker at the same time.
It's been really frustrating. I've tested various methods and have finally got the units to open fire with a ToT, after setting the WRA for each unit to make sure they release their full complement of missiles, setting their RoE to Land- Free and engage Targets of Opportunity for each unit as doing so in the mission editor doesn't work, and then creating separate missions for each unit. I have also had to split the RFS Dagestan from it's SAG just to get it to fire on time. It all seems very clunky, especially when compared to air units that work very well.
After all this, the RFS Dagestan ignores the set target and hits a nearby airfield instead. I can't work out what I'm doing wrong. Mission attached. Please note in the save I cloned the mission I set for the B-265 Krasnodar after getting fed up of creating the same mission from scratch for the Dagestan. The issues was the same either way. Any advice will be gratefully received. I'm really enjoying this mission though, being able to pick apart the air defences and test different methods of attack.
