EMP question

When I hit Heat Regs with an EMP it turns them off for 2-12 secs. If before they turn back on, I manage to hit them agian, is the 2-12 recalculated from the second hit or does the secong hit add another 2-12 secs?

Also is the 2-12 a 'two 6-sided dice' roll?

Its 5 - 15 and it does add.

Do EMP's act like neutron blasters on androids? I managed to kill an android pilot in lights a while back fairly easily with a neutron blaster and EMP.

They do light damage on cockpit hits with androids, as opposed to the minor damage they do on the other races.

I'd say you were lucky.

It must not have been the luck you're talking about. EMPs only do damage on cockpit hits if the titan has a neural bridge. Lights do not have neural bridges, only mediums and heavier.

Thorgrim, actually, androids always take damage on cockpit hits by EMPs, neural bridge or not.

According to my code I really doubt that.
