[1.31s] Inconsistent validation when assigning unit feats

There are a couple of possible orders of operations to assign a unit feat (such a "Syndic Priest") to a unit, and they have inconsistent validations.
1. Select unit => click [Strat] button => Find the unit strat => click [Execute Stratagem]
This allows assigning one Syndic Priest to a unit, but blocks assigning a second one, with a red text ("Has no space for this Unit Feat due to already having the maximum").
2. Start from [Stratagem] window => Select the strat in Units submenu => Pick the unit via the "Target" tab => [Execute Stratagem]
This allows assigning a Syndic Priest even to a unit that has one, without validations. In the second screenshot I end up with a unit that has 2 syndic priests and 4 eternity gurus.
