[1.31t2] In "Feats and Bonuses Overview" report, "just enough" label is incorrect

My current Meritocracy profile is 50.
According the the MNG => PROF screen, this is low enough to have a chance to lose the "Martial Tournaments" feat every turn.
Contrary to this, in the "Feats and Bonuses Overview" report, this is still described as "just enough" to keep the feat.
