Bugs with new PLA weapons in v1.09 1859 Beta

There seems to be some bugs with some new PLA missiles in the v1.09 1859 Beta.
The newly introduced DF-26D missile seems to lock on to a point ~60nm from the target. I thought on the map it was the point of turning on radars but the missile just slamdunks into the sea.
The JL-1 HGV missile (CH-AS-X-13) on the H-6N also doesn't have the capability to engage moving targets (kind of weird for a ASM huh). The missile after launch targets the initial location of the target ship and does not readjust despite other systems spotting the target.
+A general bug: turning on unit is autodetectable for the Burkes in my test completely breaks the calculation engine, pulse time is +10000ms - 0ms and time does not move.

2. Always post a save file (either autosave or manual save). Command is a complex simulation of how stuff works in the real world. The real world has a million variables that affect why something is happening and so does Command. Don't try to describe every variable - you can't. But the save file can.
NOTE: The forum software does not accept .scen/.save files "raw", so you'll need to zip them first.

I directly tested it using the editor without creating a scen. But here's the scen setup and the save file with both missiles failing.
Details:
Blue side with E-3G + Arleigh Burke Flight III going on a defined course
Red with J-36 providing targeting info + 2 H-6N firing JL-1 + one DF-26D Bn

Thanks, the JL-1 RV has no sensors at all so that's why it splash into the water, so it's a DB issue, reporting this internally.

Checking with other report the issue on DF-26D but it also looks like a DB issue.

The simulation works fine if you turn the Burke as autodetectable in the scenarios uploaded.

A different scenario is needed?

The scenario I created to replicate the bugs is quite simplistic so I'm quite surprised that they don't work. From what I saw from other videos of people playing where the DF-26D worked it seemed like its trajectory plunges to ~10000m in alt in terminal, turns on radar, then locks onto enemy ship -> coast to target. What seemed to have happened in my scenario is that I can see that the missile did turn on its radar but just before it splashed into the water so maybe plunge trajectory -> no radar lock -> no coast = into the sea. But I'm not sure. The autodetectable feature rn also sometimes freezes my entire scenario.
