[1.31t2] Inconsistent salary reporting for Leader

My current base salary for a Director is 1Cr. Leader feat "Apparatchik" multiplies this 5X.
The game reports different actual salary in different views - in the Relation tooltip and the History tab:

Another difference in salary reporting, this time without Apparatchik feat:
Relation tooltip says salary is 5Cr (1 Base, X5 for Rank1), History tab says it's 10Cr.

Next patch:
-Fixed Natural Relation Calculation to include salary effect from Apparatchik Feat
-Fixed error with Salary payments to Rank #1 Leaders (it was fixed to 10 Cr instead of Salary Setting * 5)

There still an issue in 1.32, looks like an order of operations difference:
This leader received the Apparatchik feat this turn. The relation tooltip presents the updated salary (base 1Cr + rank2 + apparatchik), the history tab presents the pre-apparatchik salary.

mouse over of natural relation point is based on current salary (to be paid next turn)
