I am playing the newest version but I cannot open the game. I have played the game before in the past on the same machine.

The game opens for a few seconds and closes. Please advise?

NOTE - reinstall doesn't fix it.

Sorry to hear about your issue. Just to confirm, have you tried running the game with the Launch Fix applied and also deactivated?

When you were previously able to run the game, did you have the Launch Fix on or off?
