Looking for ELO Game.. ELOGAME is the PW its up and waiting

Hi I am looking to become a better player... so I want to play the best!
I hosted as Allies, ELOGAME is the PW, to test my metal... Good Luck and Enjoy!
I have time for one more ELOGAME... same PW ELOGAME =P

1. No diplo on Majors.
2. No diplo on Bulgaria (haven't tested if Allies can keep Bulgaria out of war until Mid 1941).
3. No DOW USSR until 1941.
4. No DOW on Japan by Brits.
