[FIXED - DB ERROR][1868] F-35A Ferry Range Not Accurate

In a scenario I'm trying to do a ferry mission from Tindal to the Philippines. The range between bases is ~1900 nm which should be well within the 2400 nm ferry range for an F-35A but the aircraft keep running out of fuel before reaching their destination. I'm using a Ferry mission to do this. I did notice that with the altitude undefined the aircraft typically flew at 35999 ft which would put it in a higher fuel usage altitude than if the aircraft was at 36001+ ft. Changing the ferry altitude to 50000 ft in the mission worked but the aircraft still run out of fuel in the same location.
In running some tests it doesn't seem to matter what kind of F-35A is being used, they all run out of fuel in the same place regardless of altitude.
A scenario file is attached. There are two missions already setup in the scenario. The first is a ferry mission with no defined altitude and the second is a ferry mission with a defined altitude of 50000 ft.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
