"Read access violation" during first turn resolution scenario 1 main campaign

I previously finished small "zaratoga or death" something scenario without any issues - it was with previous version of the game.

Now I started main campaign and nationalists. After four hours of planning pressed end turn button. Turn resolution goes on but in the end there is "read access violation" error in the status summary. After two tries on both cases the game gives this error before it reaches the start of turn 2. Im playing the latest version.

Loading previous game or creating new one does not work.

1st test:

Started new scenario1 with republican AI. Turn low all combat resolutions. Pressed immediatly new turn. After few click the status report shows same long error message as before:

2nd test would be to try some other scenario.
3rd test would be to reinstall the game and then do the first step again.
4th test would be to use defaul settings.

My pc is 12700k 3080 32Gb windows11. I play a lot other games both old and new and Im not having issues with any other game currently.

I did have the game start in admin mode original. It was some launch fix. Removing it does not fix this error.

2nd test try another scenario. Started scenario 2 zaragosa or muerte. Pressed next turn multiple times no issues. So the error is possibly related to scenario 1 only.

3rd test reinstall with with default settings version 1.65.49. Scenario 1 works turn resolution works without issues. Turn 2 reach successfully.

4th test update to 1.65.55.01. Still working!

5th old save. Doesnt work!!!! Still crashing. So something I did on the first turn crashes the game??

6th try older saves. I have 13 saves for the game. Still crashing with save 8. Did not crash on save 4. So its something I did between saves 4-8.

7th test find last save that work. After receving error once then all saves fails incuding new came. The read access violation likely means that some file on disk is locked. I likely have to restart the pc then it will work.

After getting the error once it somehow breaks the game permanently. Earlier saves that worked before dont work anymore even if I restart PC. New games dont work even if they work before.

So maybe some temp file that is written on disk is breaking the scenario 1 campaign some odd way. Its likely related to ships/ship combat since the log is all about.

Not sure if I can do more than hope for fix at this point. I really like the game but Im hesitant to start new campaign if I again loose hours of time for nothing.
