[1.32b] Known Regime not shown in report

A Major regime that I know about and have enough spies in to affect local politics does not show in the regime report section, while on the map the same info about the regime is fully shown.

seems like it will update properly next round. might be really recent recon points that cause a delay in reporting.

I think it did appear in report next turn.
I just find it awkward to have the nation info via map, and a decision based on it (foreign faction support) appear a turn before the same info is presented in a report.
