Cannot escape cutscene at game start the the game crashess

I had played the game for 2 days then this happens

I am having exactly the same issue. I played for about two days and then I found that the intro was not skippable using ESC and once it finished the intro it took me to a black screen with a cursor.
System info:
AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor (4.70 GHz)
32.0 GB (31.2 GB usable)
AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (16 GB)
AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (486 MB)
Samsung SSD 990 PRO 4TB
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Windows 11
A few things I've tried:
Verified Game's files are installed correctly in Steam
Cleared Download Cache in Steam
Launched Game in several modes in Steam: Safe, Windowed, novid
Reinstalled Graphics drivers
Reset Shader Cache in AMD Software: Adrenaline Edition
Ran Steam as administrator
Reinstalled Game....twice
Reinstalled AMD Software Adrenalin Edition
Reset AMD Software Adrenaline Edition to factory settings
Turned off Video Upscale in AMD Software: Adrenaline Addition
Changed All Scaling Modes in AMD Software: Adrenaline Addition
Forced the game into windowed mode using ALT + X
Turned off every setting I could find in AMD Software: Adrenaline Addition
Forced the game to run in every resolution I could find in AMD Software: Adrenaline Addition
Ran the game in every Display resolution in Windows
And yes I restarted my computer a lot

Did you fix this problem?
I've seen others report it although I haven't had a problem myself.
There was a suggestion to delete some generated files in a hidden directory that could become corrupted.
I can't remember the details now - something like user/appdata/local or one of those directories, but over on the steam discussion group or in the discord you may find the specific answer.
