How is it possible for Germany to get 3 airborne units in a normal build game?

I just saw this and I think its impossible. I sent a picture via Facebook Msg.

Firsteds used 3 German Airborne units and early research for German Amph. Assault to invade England early next to impossible to stop. This game needs to be updated to stop this type of attack.

I don't believe its possible to build 3 German Airborne to begin with. This was a normal builds game.

I also didn't get to see the replay of the attack where all this happened... I was just given the end results where 3 German Airborne and 1 It Airborne took London with a tank and inf to boot.

This game needs the Home Guard to at least be equal to Partisan units (8) this is a major bug with the game.

This makes me not want to even play this game anymore. Well done Firsteds but that In my opinion is an Exploit that needs to be fixed.

The normal build limit for German Paras is 2 but if you build 1 before the 2 appear in the game then you can gain the 3rd.

In the same way Germany can build 8 tanks, as long as the 8th is built before the Afrika Corps spawn. India can build 2 tanks, although the limit is 1, provided it builds 1 early on.

There are several of these anomalies.

An early Sea Lion may seem like an awful blow but the mobilisation impact on USA & USSR should be significant. The game is a marathon - not a sprint, and the long game favours the Allies. And I say that even though I'm about to lose as the Allies

The impact on America is minimal and losing all of England is well worth it. This needs to be Fixed.

Personally I feel it is easy enough to counter so I don't see an issue. I don't think it is a bug, the designers have allowed additional units in categories but you do so by slowing things like research to pay for these units early. It works well for both sides and Russia can build 3 additional anti tank units early otherwise they will only get 3 with decision. You are better to work out tactics to counter.
