[Mod] More Openers (Singleplayer)

Just created a mod that adds two new opening events to the game. The events are intended for single player only. These stories work similar to other stories in the game, where they add an ongoing event that the player can manage by clicking on 'call' for the governor.
The first story adds a wreckage hex perk that slowly dwindles down. It adds a metal every turn (which is a random amount between 100-200 or so) - every turn the amount reduces by 2. The player can call the governor to look for valuables (machines or hi-tech), and occasionally events come that can slow down the reduction amount.
The second story adds IP every turn that slowly changes over time with other events. After 4 renovations it stays permanent. It starts out small and with positive rolls during events it can increase, or decrease a bit with negative rolls.
Becuase my mod edits the hex perk table directly, it wont work for multiplayer (events affect all instances) - these are opening events to make starting a new game in regular or harder difficulties a bit more fair. I dont like beginner becuase it does too many things but I just want to have a decent early start.
TO INSTALL: Rename more_openers.zip to more_openers.se1zip and import into your game.
