WIR 3.3 Flanker version production upgrade

Based on the Flanker version I did compare the production for tanks and ac. There were some issues. Upgrade does correct them to historic numbers. The game behaved surprisingly historic in the test. However, this may be misleading as I had to play both sides.
While doing a test some other issues were discovered. Fixed those that could be fixed in Obwir but can not fix issues in the program. Mayor issue, the program, according to Editwir text, should upgrade tanks in the pool e.g. PzIII f -> g ->..., but it does not.
