On ASW / Sea Control Patrol, submarine attack throttle can be set to "unspecified," in the UI, but whenever the mission is reopened, it resets to cruise. All other throttle settings are unaffected. This means that a friendly submarine cannot be told to select the appropriate speed when intercepting an enemy contact. This is true regardless of whether or not an attack distance is set.

The game version is the default public version.

This doesn't appear to be happening in the latest beta version, let us know when you update if it persists

I have reproduced the issue in build 1877 with a new save file. For me it occurs the same as before.
