Bug during AI turn

Playing a battle with my Civil War Mod in work, I experimented 2 times ( I did reload the save and same bug) a curious bug during AI turn :(bur did occur each time)
AI (Confederate) is Uk nation, and my army (Union) is Italy - ID 59
After 2 times, the bug did not occured when I reloaded (probably because I did before AI turn another different action than in the 2 precedant times)

(dont't take in mind the error in displayed messages screens, Union army is called Confederate and Confederate army is called Union army, because I did a interversion error in textes of scripts messages)
