just cant get a nationalist tf to load fuel. from any port. i know how to load troops, can do supplies but oil, fuel beyond me. can someone give me a step by step? thanks much

See the top right? Make sure "Supply" is NOT green, you have to click it off. Then the TF will only load FUEL.

I assume that's the issue, otherwise you need to provide screenshots
