Mortar Batalions, sized 36, Free and unlimited, with too low support units. These are OP

By April 42 Regiments sized 36 (various guns combo 82 /120) limited, but more costly in Support.



This is not fine. They should be size 12 , and have more support stuff, to make them more costly. Perhaps also... limit them somewhat?

Was already fixed in one of the latest patches (such data changes are not applied to ongoing games).
