B1892 Regression in map resolution

The resolution of map layers was massively improved in B1852, but it seems to have regressed back to B1825 levels sometime between B1868 and B1892 (the last version I played was B1859, which didn't have this issue).
I should have taken comparison screenshots when my game was still on B1859, but the change in clarity should be immediately apparent upon downgrading the game to that version.
