If you have both lvl 6 power plant and synthfuel plant you're getting 3k fuel and 11K energy out of it, per turn.
Seems to be a case on all levels of it, too.

It does seem indeed that fuel production for Synthetic Fuel is a bit on the high side. I am halving it. Good point!
