HQ-19 target altitude, maximum target speed and maximum traveling speed discrepancy

In the in game database viewer the minimum target altitude is listed as 10m, while that of other exo atomospheric kill vehicles in game like Arrow 3 or THAAD being equal to or above 30000m. The maximum altitude is also higher than most available claims at 300km instead of 200km. The maximum target speed in game also appears to be higher than it should be, being at the same value as GBI at 12000kn instead of other mobile launched exo atomospheric interceptors at 10000kn. Furthermore there is the discrepancy on maximum traveling speed which is double that of the rest at 10000kn instead of 5750kn as is the case for both thaad and arrow3.
