Scenario1. Common house rules ok. 5-7 turns per week.

Might consider other scenarios, but given what is possible, ONLY under 60-day reinforcement variability PDU OFF, NO timeline restriction on strategic bombing and 2-day turns minimum, all 'Blackhorse' ground HQ rules ok, unless some more restrictive have arisen. If there were any other way to simulate the historical IJA-IJN friction, I'd insist on that too.
Hard preference for Scen1. Will contract to next game as IJ. Same parameters. My opinion is the fact that Japan would be overwhelmed should not lead to 'balancing' to the point she might not. An honorable concession, even early, in a hard-fought contest is no shame. I have done it from both sides. There may be people here to swear to that.
