[1900.18] Ballistic missile flight error issue

I found a bug where a ballistic missile exhibits an abnormal flight path or flies horizontally without changing its altitude and speed.
In the attached scenarios, "Ballistic Missile error" shows the missile's flight path changing erratically, and "Ballistic Missile error 2" shows the horizontal flight issue.
After testing this several times, I noticed this problem mainly happens when a ship's ECM is turned on, so it seems to be highly related to that.
