I did read 6.9 in Manual but still am not sure of exactly where the AP Queen Elizabeth has to be to withdraw since I`m not sure what area she is attached too ? The wrong area port would be a PP killer.

Any help appreciated.

The Queen Elizabeth is assigned at game start to the Southeast Asia command, but that detail is completely irrelevant to any ship withdrawals. If below certain damage limits you should be able to withdraw her from any port mentioned in section 6.9. If you are not sure, just check the ship information display menu when the ship is in one of the mentioned ports. If there is an arrow button on the bottom edge of the frame that states; Withdraw Ship (XX days) then you are in an eligible port. This button starts appearing months before a ship's actual withdraw deadline as you always have to option to take it out of the theater early if you wish. In the past I've withdrawn the QE from Los Angeles, Sydney, Colombo and a few others, but the off-map ports work too.
