Line indicators from the View Summary are all screwed up

If at either region or galaxy zoom level, I click on an explored system, and then hover above one of the shown items in the view summary panel, the line starting from said item in the panel points toward a location that has nothing to do with the item's actual location.

To reproduce the problem:
Build version: v1.3.7.9 + All expansions and DLCs

To reproduce the problem:
- Open save
- Without changing zoom level or camera view, click on the Paikean system (see screenshot above), so its content is show in the view summary panel
- Hover above any of the item in the summary view
