I can’t update to 1.10.

Good afternoon, please tell me. I can’t update to version 1.10. I’m updating via the Matrix update launcher. An error pops up during the update. Although the file download doesn’t even start.

I'd try directly from the Matrix CMO page:

Not sure the last version you have, but it should be at least v1.08.1674 in order to use the updater, if not, I'd uninstall CMO and do a clean installation

You can apply manually the patch to that version.
Have you downloaded it?
